One-Source works with all of your existing sources of information. That said, IGear has built a SQUEAKS Production Intelligence (PI) Plug-in to One-Source that is quick-to-deploy – low cost – and provides insight into current
production concerns – and ensures everyone is on the same page with information that drives results.
PI Plug-InPlug-ins that integrate with One-Source include:
Hourly Production Reports include target, good parts, bad parts, downtime, OEE, and the ability to add comments.
Downtime Root Causes can be added along with comments to individual downtime events to drive historical reporting and pareto charts.
SQDC Boards can be easily created to capture safety incidents, quality concerns, customer complaints, delivery concerns, cost issues, etc.
