These alerts, and the history of actions taken, are an add-on to Microsoft Teams.
Airport Management: For the port authority responsible baggage monitoring and sort performance, create user-defined workflows to provide guidance and escalation rules to create a heightened sense of urgency around a problem, while leveraging modern mobile devices to cover more ground and keep everyone connected.
Operations & Maintenance Frontline Employees: After an equipment/system failure, not only immediately alert the team/personnel in charge, but also include problem resolution documents, training-on-demand videos, up-to-date drawing and other information to help employees solve problems quicker.
